What to Expect When Your Pet Is Confined

Leaving your pet for confinement is stressful. We designed our care process to keep you informed every step of the way.

On admission your pet is assigned a clean kennel or ICU cage, examined, and given a care plan. You receive a unique QR code that opens a live status page — every feeding, medication and vet observation appears there with a timestamp.

You will see a clear status badge so you always know how your companion is doing. When your pet is discharged the tracker closes automatically.
